IASify — Grievance Redressal Policy
Effective Date: 11-09-2026 Last Updated: 11-09-2026
This Grievance Redressal Policy explains how Users can raise concerns or complaints about IASify (the "Platform") and how we will respond. It supplements our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Purpose
We want every User to have a clear, straightforward way to raise a concern — whether about Platform content, another User's conduct, your data, or a moderation decision — and to know what to expect once you do. This Policy is maintained consistent with applicable Indian law governing grievance redressal by online intermediaries and data fiduciaries.
2. Grievance Officer
Email: iasifyhelpme@gmail.com Address: Delhi
The Grievance Officer is responsible for receiving, reviewing, and coordinating the resolution of grievances raised under this Policy.
3. What Counts as a Grievance
You may raise a grievance about, among other things:
- Content issues — an incorrect, offensive, or otherwise objectionable question, explanation, or other Platform content (note: for routine question corrections, the in-Platform "Report" tool is usually faster — see Section 5 of our Community Guidelines).
- Account or moderation disputes — concerns about a warning, restriction, block, or other action taken against your Account.
- Data privacy concerns — requests relating to your personal data, including access, correction, or erasure requests under our Privacy Policy.
- Technical issues — persistent bugs or errors affecting your ability to use the Platform, where you believe IASify should be made aware.
- Other complaints — any other concern about the Platform not covered above.
4. How to File a Grievance
Send an email to the Grievance Officer at the address in Section 2, including:
- your registered email address / Account identifier;
- a clear description of the issue, including relevant dates, Match IDs, or question IDs where applicable;
- any supporting information (screenshots, etc.) that would help us investigate;
- the outcome you are seeking.
5. Acknowledgment and Resolution Timelines
- We will acknowledge receipt of your grievance within 24 hours.
- We will endeavor to resolve the grievance within 15 days of receipt, or provide you with an update on the status of the investigation if more time is required due to the complexity of the issue.
- Data-related grievances will be handled in accordance with timelines required under applicable data protection law.
These timelines are targets, not guarantees, and may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the grievance.
6. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the Grievance Officer, you may request that the matter be escalated for further internal review. Beyond that, you retain any rights available to you under applicable law, including approaching a competent regulatory authority or court, as described in Section 23 of our Terms and Conditions.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Grievance Redressal Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
